As an emergency medicine physician for over 25+ years, Dr. Straface grew to feel very strongly about the importance of taking a proactive approach to health. This conviction led her to launch Feel Ideal 360, a place for women and men throughout the DFW metroplex to get whole-body wellness care, weight loss support, and the latest anti-aging treatments.
Feel Ideal 360 is Dr. Straface’s creation, and she nurtures the practice by being on-site and actively caring for patients. Dr. Straface administers all injections, which sets Feel Ideal 360 apart from many other medical aesthetics facilities.
Dr. Straface volunteers her time for many community organizations, including local battered women’s shelters, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and Leadership Arlington. She loves being with her daughters and traveling the world in her free time.

Founder and Medical Director of Feel Ideal 360, Dr. Angela Straface is on a mission to turn back time—at least for your skin and energy levels. A powerhouse anti-aging expert, she chose Southlake, TX, as the home for her practice (and her family), where she’s raising a teenage cheerleader and a four-year-old comedian-in-training. When she’s not restoring vitality to her patients, she’s busy surviving motherhood with the help of NAD, a ton of different peptides, and more skincare than should be legally allowed. Time may fly, but Dr. Straface knows all the secrets to slowing it down!
Summer – Nurse Extraordinaire & MAHA Advocate
Meet Summer, our amazing Registered Nurse and clinic manager who’s not just saving lives—she’s making America healthy again (MAHA style!). A proud wife, mom to the world’s most polite son, Corbin, and dog mom to Luna, she’s a big sister to two other Feel Ideal 360 superstars, Spring and Autumn. Starting her career as an ER nurse, Summer now uses her talents to help people thrive and feel their best. Her secret? A passion for health, a heart full of love, and a great sense of humor (because who wouldn’t need that while juggling motherhood and managing a clinic?).
Martha – Registered Nurse & Pickleball Champion in Training
Meet Martha, our Registered Nurse and supermom to five amazing kids! When she’s not busy working or studying to become a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll find her on the pickleball court, trying to keep her competitive spirit in check (but don't worry, she’s got a fun side too!). Looking for a great time? Come see Martha for Sunday Funday, where she’ll take care of you with a smile, a little sass, and maybe a pickleball story or two!
Heather – Social Butterfly Extraordinaire
Meet Heather, our Social Butterfly who’s always ready to chat and make everyone feel special! A proud mother and wife, Heather lights up the clinic with her constant smile and warm personality. She’s the kind of person who’ll make your day just by talking to you. When she’s not spreading joy at work, she’s enjoying social events and family trips to Mexico. If you need a friendly face and a little extra TLC, Heather’s your go-to gal!
Hayley – Brand Ambassador & Patient Care Superstar
Meet Hayley, our newest team member, who’s already making waves as our Brand Ambassador and Patient Care Coordinator! You can spot Hayley out in the community with Dr. Straface spreading the word on all things anti-aging or spending quality time with her husband and two teenage kiddos. Hayley is a hydration queen who drinks more water than you ever thought possible and loves to work out. Meet Abby, our sweet-as-can-be Medical Assistant who recently graduated from UNT and is basically the office’s secret weapon. Lauren – Front Office Coordinator & Esthetician Extraordinaire
Meet Lauren, our Front Office Coordinator and licensed Esthetician who keeps everything running smoothly with a smile and a quick wit. When she's not organizing the day-to-day, she's jumping in to help with services as needed. A dog mom to Ralph and a hilarious personality, Lauren is the kind of person who makes your visit feel like a breeze.
